On 8 May 2013, Mr. Louis Schweitzer, Special Representative of the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the French Republic for France-Japan Partnership, visited Mr. Takumi Nemoto, Reconstruction Minister. Mr. Nemoto expressed gratitude for the assistance provided by France and they exchanged views on the further bilateral cooperative relations toward post disaster response.
