[27 January, 2015] Ambassadors of four commonwealth countries visit Fukushima-Midette, a shop specialized in Fukushima products in Nihonbashi.

  On 27 January, 2015, Minister Takeshita joined the event with the Ambassadors of New Zealand, Australia, Canada, and Britain for “Enjoy eating Fukushima Products and Support Fukushima!” campaign, organized by Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries (MAFF), in collaboration with Fukushima Prefecture. This event aims at promoting Fukushima products and asking for further international understanding about the food safety and recovery of the affected area. Four Ambassadors sampled and purchased fine products of Fukushima and expressed sympathy and support for Fukushima producers.
